I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for providing the wisdom and the bedding to heal my back.  For the first time in 3 years, I am pain free. 

My back began to hurt about 3 years ago.  At first, I went to the gym and did about 30 minutes of stomach and back exercises for 5 times per week for about 4 months.  My back got progressively worse for 6 months until I went to the Chiropractor.  I received treatments for 3 months and did my exercises faithfully during that time.  This did not help at all. 

I went to my orthopedic doctor who treated me for 6 months with physical therapy 3 times per week.  This did not help at all.  By now I had to stretch every morning for 30 minutes to be functional at all.  I could not stand or walk for more than 15 minutes without sitting or stretching.  Next I went to a Paliates class for 6 months and did the exercises 6 times a week.  This helped a little but I was far from pain free. 

I met you at a home improvement show.  I told you my problem and you confidently told me it was my bed.  I could not believe it because I had major top of the line $3,000 mattress that was less than 2 years old.  I contacted the manufacturer and they said that my mattress was fine. 

I continued to suffer for another 6 months.  One day out of frustration, I went and slept on my guest bedroom mattress for a week.  My back got 30% better.  Then I thought that maybe you were correct.  I came and visited your store and talked with you for a couple hours.   You reiterated that it was my bed and showed me your custom made mattresses.  You also recommended a Leg & Platt adjustable bed so that I could sleep slightly elevated with my knees bent.  It was hard to believe that this was the solution.  I wanted to test what you had told me. 

I went home and slept in my reclining chair for a week.  My back got 50% better in that week.  I was convince and purchased the bed you recommended.  You custom designed a mattress for both my wife and me and provided a Leg & Platt adjustable bed.  Within a month I was 80% better and within 3 months I was pain free for the first time in 3 months.  Thank you, thank you, and thank you!  I only wished that I believed you sooner.  It would have saved me months of agony.  It is amazing that the major manufactures of beds cause this kind of problems for people.  It is amazing that the orthopedic doctor, the Chiropractor and the multitude of therapist did not suggest a new bed.  The people need to be educated.  The side benefit is that this is the most comfortable bed either my wife or I have slept in.  We love the adjustable features.  It makes it so much better to read or watch T.V.  We love our bed!
