Newport Bedding has been providing quality, hand crafted, custom mattresses for 50 years and has been family owned and operated since 1957. It is our mission to INSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WITH EACH PURCHASE OF A NEWPORT BEDDING PRODUCT. We believe the best way to achieve this goal is to educate our customers about Mattress Construction and the mattress industry as a whole.

Through the years Tom has become not only a mattress craftsman but a teacher as well. He has instructed/trained several former employees who have gone off and started their own businesses in the mattress industry. (We wish them well).

When Newport Bedding started at the Costa Mesa location in 1978, Tom’s goal was to do what the others had forgotten - to make a mattress that would stand the test of time, the average family, and insure his customers were satisfied completely with their purchase. Newport Bedding has built its reputation on understanding what the customer needs are and fulfilling that need. As a result Newport Bedding has about a 60 – 70% customer, referral rate.
